Cops launch urgent search for man who vanished from Fort William

An urgent search has been launched for a 20-year-old man who vanished from a Scots town.

Police Scotland officers say Norman Ahmed, 20, is believed to be in the area of Fort William. Cops are appealing to anyone with information to come forward.

Norman is described of Asian appearance, with black hair and facial hair. Police say that when he was last seen he was wearing dark clothing and the brown coat pictured.

A Police Scotland spokesperson urged the public to come forward with any relevant information.

They said: "Noman is described as 20 years old, of Asian appearance, with black hair and facial hair.

"He was last seen wearing dark clothing and a brown coat.

"If you have any information, please call 101, quoting PS-20220827-3805."
