A’ja Wilson, Breanna Stewart Select 2023 WNBA All-Star Game Rosters

The rosters for the 2023 WNBA All-Star Game have been announced. A’ja Wilson and her Team Wilson will battle against Breanna Stewart and Team Stewart.

Stewart and Wilson were named All-Star captains after finishing atop the fan votes for the game. Two of Wilson's teammates for the Aces, Chelsea Gray and Jackie Young, were named in her starting lineup along with former South Carolina standout Aliyah Boston and Wings star Arike Ogunbowale.

Brittney Griner, Jewell Loyd (Stewart's former teammates with the Storm), Satou Sabally and Nneka Ogwumike round out Stewart's starting five.

Here are the full WNBA All-Star Game rosters for next Saturday’s showdown in Las Vegas:

Magbegor, Parker, Gray and Mitchell will all play in their first career All-Star Game. Boston will become the first rookie to start a WNBA All-Star game since 2014 when Shoni Schimmel did so. Schimmel also won the '14 MVP of the All-Star Game.

Griner was named a honorary All-Star Game starter for the 2022 All-Star Game as she was still detained in Russia after her arrest for allegedly carrying hashish oil in an airport. She was released and returned to the United States in December.

This year's draft of players between Wilson and Stewart did not include any trades in comparison to the selection of teams ahead of the 2022 All-Star Game.

WNBA All-Star 2023 is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. PT on July 15 at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas.
